Vickery Prongay is Earth Day Network's Deputy Director for International. Prior to this role, she worked as Africa Coordinator for the Earth Day 2000 campaign.

Vickery joined Earth Day Network upon her return from Peace Corps service in Guinea, West Africa, where she focused on community development and environmental health issues. She has administered international grassroots efforts for the environment and human rights throughout her career with Visions International, the Anne Frank and the World Program, and the World Conservation Corps. Vickery speaks French, and when properly bribed, a smattering of West African languages.
