Glen Wanner is Vice President of Walk/Bike Nashville and past vice-president of the Nashville Bicycle Club. He and his wife, Ann Richards, have co-authored Bicycling Middle Tennessee and Bicycling the Natchez Trace. Glen plays bass with the Nashville Symphony and teaches at Vanderbilt University. Glen admittedly drives a car too much, but hopes his child and others will be free from the prison of their own house and yard, and that someday parents will cease to be chauffeurs as children move about under their own power as they have for centuries.
