Michael Replogle

Speaker, Session 2b

Mr. Replogle is Co-Director of the Environmental Defense Fund Transportation Project based in Washington, DC, in the area of transportation policy reform. He previously served as a consultant to the World Bank, Federal Highway Administration and environmental groups. Mr. Replogle was President and founder of the Institute for Transportation and Development policy, organizing and overseeing transportation development programs in Nicaragua, Haiti and Mozambique. He has written several dozen reports and over one hundred papers, with research interests in travel demand analysis and forecasting, intelligent transportation systems, non-motorized transportation, transportation pricing for demand management and land use planning and management.
