Grant McVicar is Manager of Energy Efficiency and Alternative Energies with Manitoba Energy and Mines, where he is responsible for project, program, policy and strategic direction promoting cost-effective energy efficiency and alternative energy initiatives. He has served on numerous related committees. Mr. McVicar was previously Director of the Energy Programs (Transportation) Branch, and a Senior Planning and Program Analyst with the same department. He has extensive experience in the transport and energy sectors as a research officer and analyst.
