Mr. Rock is Administrator - Transportation Planning for the Greater Vancouver Regional District. He is responsible for the region’s transportation planning program, which includes transit, rapid transit, roads and transportation demand management, as well as associated social and land use issues as they relate to the Region's Strategic Plan. Mr. Rock has 23 years of experience in the field of urban transportation. He has also held positions as Manager of Engineering with the City of Richmond (BC) and Vice-President of Planning and Marketing for BC Transit in Vancouver.
